Yes. Unlike a skimmer basket that requires pump flow to draw water through the tablet, the floating dispenser works by direct water contact as it drifts. Water naturally passes through the vents and dissolves the tablet continuously — pump on or off, day or night.
No — load as many or as few as your pool needs. Smaller or cooler pools may only need 1 or 2. Larger pools or high-use periods may benefit from a full 5. Combine tablet count with the flow ring adjustment to get the release rate exactly right.
Rotate the flow ring at the base to open or close the vents. More open = more water contact = faster dissolution. Close it down for smaller pools, cooler water, or lower bather loads. Open it wider for larger pools, hot summer water, or heavy use weekends.
Yes. The CL330DPM dispenser accepts any standard 3″ chlorine or bromine tablet. Once the included sleeve of five TAB50S tablets is depleted, refill with any compatible 3″ tablet of your choice for ongoing use.
Yes. The dispenser works in any in-ground or above ground pool. No mounting or installation required — place it on the surface with a loaded tablet and it begins working immediately.
