Find your parts diagram
Sticker on the pump body (the part with the basket), not on the motor. Motor labels from Century, A.O. Smith or Regal won't match parts.
Label on the side of the tank near the base. Size is in sq ft, e.g. 420 sq ft = C4030 or CCP420.
Rating plate inside the front access panel. Note the BTU and gas type (NG or LP).
Molded into the body or printed on top. Robotic cleaners: on the power supply.

- Clamp style made before March 1, 1993: air bleeder with O-ring 272515, not interchangeable with 273512
- Made before April 15, 1994: item 10 instead of items 10A, 19 and 20
Newer valves
- Made after May 1, 1992: spring 272535, 1-3/8 in. o.d. (item 8A) replaces items 7 and 8
- Air bleeder with O-ring 273512 (item 12)
